Northern California Dowsers Presents “Dowsing Basics & Electronic Map Dowsing” by Jeannette, MA (Teacher) & Barney, EFT (Mad Scientist) Saturday, 26 September 2015 Meeting at noon LOCATION: Shasta County Library, Community Room, 1100 Parkview Ave.,  Redding,  CA 96001 Voluntary Donation: $5 suggested (not required). We welcome snacks & refreshments. Nor Cal Dowsers (NCD) opens with basic dowsing definitions and testimonials.
